My name is Ed Goodman and I love comedy. Let’s talk about scripts! I started writing scripts like a lot of people do: I bought a book and started writing. Then I took a few classes. Eventually I wound up in the film program at UCLA. There, I learned how to harness my creativity, embrace structure, and write my brains out. I learned what to do and why it worked. I also learned that good notes make our scripts better. And great notes make us better writers.
So, whether you’re just starting out with a logline and a freshly sharpened pencil, or you’ve spent ten years finishing The Script, I can help you get more out of it.
